Advanced Manicuring

What to Expect From Your Advanced Manicuring Course

Have a passion for nails? With Tiffin Academy’s Advanced Manicuring Course, you will receive 300 hours in training, covering a comprehensive understanding of manicuring, artificial nail application, and other necessary related skills, including salon management. The course in Advanced Manicuring here at the Academy includes training on conventional manicuring and pedicuring as well as sculptured nails, and nail tips with overlays.

NEXT STEPS

After completing the Advanced Manicuring Course, you will be able to successfully demonstrate the skills required to pass the Ohio State Board examination. This license will not only certify you to perform professional nail services but manage or operate your own salon in the state of Ohio.

When the student has completed the basic training portion of the course, which involves approximately 100 hours of the theory and practice of basic manicuring and nail application, they will be allowed to begin performing nail services on clinic patrons. Students will continue to improve and refine their skills as they progress through the course.
